About to go from NX70 to 73 but .......

I was wondering,

I reckon my game controller will still work, but what about my keyboard.

I have a modded for NX70 sony kb11. Anyone any idea wether this will work on NX73 or not ?

btw, upgrading for .........
embedded bluetooth
increased battery length (out of office a lot)
..and because I am an upgrade nutter who needs a good slappin!

Me too, the slappin that is :D!

Make sure to remove any Clie system updates and drivers like MS Pro, or CF Driver, as they are built-into ROM. I did cleaned my MS Backup folder too, my HotSync backup folder on the desktop. I made sure all the files were the same plus the actual file count too.

Even though MS Backup won't recognize the new Clie, you can copy the files to RAM instead, if need be.

How difficult would it be to un-mod it? The unmoded KB11 appears to work with the Stowaway XT driver on the NX73/80.

You're right, it doesn't have bluetooth... what is sony thinking?! Good thing theres still life in my NX70, so I'm not looking for a new PDA, or else I would be very dissapointed with sony...

the nx73 and 80 are listed under sony that they support the kb11
only the nx60 and 70 do not
