Okay, I tried the NX80 for a while, but I decided to go back to my old faithful NX70. (No flames, please!) My question is this:
When I migrate from the NX80, will all of the third-app data that's been stored on the handheld (i.e. high scores, etc.) be transferred to the NX70 if I just hotsync as usual? Thanks!

I did something similiar swapping between Visors. I would think so. The only difference is the memory in the machines - If you've used more than 16MB of RAM on the NX80 you won't have enough room for everything on the 70 , If I remember their RAM stats correctly...

Ha! You can't use more than 16MB of RAM on the NX80. The Flash is locked. I had more memory on my NX70!

NX70 and 73s have a 11MB available ram area. NX80 has 16MB available ram. If you put more than 11 MB of stuff in there what I said still applies.
I'd also wonder about NX80 versions of programs overwriting NX70 stuff...

There should be no problem. It was more of a problem to upgrade than it will be to downgrade.
Backup regardless. MS Backup won't recognized the older Clie, but all you need to do is copy the files to RAM using Clie Files, if need be.
