O.K. I dropped it! My screen is not cracked or shattered but i have white lines going through my unit who do i send it to for repair? Help

had the same thing...what has happened is that you broke the glass connectors behind the screen...
if you press at the black plastic at the bottom of screen really hard at certain points you will see that the display becomes perfect again
any attempt to open it yoursefl and correct it will lead to disaster!
send to sony.. they will take around 125 dollars for re[pair!!!
