PEG-NX60 on windows XP

Hi, i'am a new user, at least i want to be. I bought my clié in the US on holiday. Here in Belgium clié is not sold and no support at all. I don't have the original cd rom that goes with the package, i have it but it is not working. Contacted Sony US but they can't help me, they are not allowed to send it out of the US. I even have the part number # 466848711 of this cd rom. The palm desktop i have, but my PC shows PDA device unknown, no driver installed or can not find with yellow question mark. Does any of you now a solution ? Or can i download the cd rom somewhere? It is with hot sync v5.0 and palm OS 5

Do you have any friends in the US who can order you the new CD and ship it to you? I am not familiar with different IOS issues for different countries. Is there something in your XP version that blocks the new device finder?

I have XP and NX60 and installed new Palm desktop v4.1 from palm.com. Works like a charm.

I have the same problem right now.. but I can't even do a hard reboot to fix the problem. HELP!!!

Would someone kindly post the cd's contents?

I have the CD but nowhere to post it...

If there is a particular program or file you need.. or if you have a place where I can upload an image of the CD to you I would kindly do that for you.
