Sneek Peek of new ZLauncher Skin(Please Look)

Hey everyone. During the last couples of days I was thinking of ideas for a new ZLauncher skin. Finally I came up with this idea. What if I could make the rollover images pop out to you. So I hopped on the computer and I have come this far so far. On the left is the regular images and on the right are the rollover images. I sill have to finish the tool and control panel icons and then I will be done. I plan to finish and release the skin sometime next week. Please comment on how it looks to you. I am open to changing anything if anyone does not like it. Well..... look below for yourself. How does it look?

the topview is not bad, but i will see the skin with tabs and bottombar. the icons of the control panel are a not my thing. i think they must look a little bit metallic to compare with the rest of the skin.

Eh, Ive seen other skins with a pop out effect thing so its nothing really special. The colors arent me either and dont really match IMO. I might download it if it was for free. I would never buy it. But thats just me.

I am chaning the colors so it mathes the IMO. It looks a lot better now. I plan to be finished with it by next week. Yoyoman412, when this skin is finished it will like nothing you have ever seen before! I promise you that! This will be my best skin yet, you can hold me to that!

The only thing that looks OK is the scroll bar. The rest of it is quite plain. Not something I would use.

Cliekid, all of your skins incorporate line drawings that look as though they came from a 4-year-old's doodle pad. THESE ARE NOT COMMERCIAL-QUALITY SKINS!

(btw, did you make them match the "IMO" yet? hee hee)

Hey everyone. This skin looks alot better than it looks in this preview on cliesource now. I would upload another preview....... but I have to go in a couple of mins. I dont know what I was thinking, I thought IMO ment it didnt match everything else. Whoops! Sorry bout that. Any was your mind will be blown away when you see the next screenshot. The tabs are comming along and so are the control and tool panel icons. Later........

i find it great that you have fun on skinning. but to take money for a hobby is not so great. my suggestion: try to sell your skins on palmgear etc. but give it free in this forum. there are so many great skinners and skins here that no one will buy a skin. think about it, i'm sure you can find friends here. many opinions over your work here are a little bit hard, but keep on skinning :)

my wish is that someday you will produce one skin that you can really call your own, one skin that will be a hit. good luck... keep on trying. i think giving out "free skins" for start is a good idea. that way you will have an idea what users want. actually some of your skins are not bad BUT the things is, ther are a lot of free skins (and great skins at that) available so buying one of your skin will not be much of an option for many. again, good luck
