NR VG skin maker, help!

I have been making two VG skins recently and I finished one. So I tryed to make it wiht festus440's "NR SkinMaker." But I have a mac, so I run Virtual PC and try to compile it, but it says a DLL file is missing, I think it has sopmething to do with Microsoft virtual basic, the first four letters of the DLL are MSVB.
Does anyone know where to download it?
