After checking all the threads and testing all the tips, I found no possibliliy with OS5 to dial directly from my clie to my cell phone.

Is there a way or tdo i Have do wait for the update of quickdail

well, it's not 100% compatible for OS 5 (at least my nx70)... i wrote an e-mail to the programmer, he didn't reply....

I had the same experience and called the hotline. The problem was already known, but the waited for an NX for verifying. Now, after the NX is available in Europe, I`m waiting for an update. Other possibilities, like the files and drivers form the Tungsten didn't work.

by the way: there is a file called "phone.zip" on nxt's yahoo group. there is the SMS library...

grrr.. the sms library is for palm os 4, i guess i need the SMS library for os 5, but there is none, right?

is there a "tungsten sms library" ?? is it hardware-only? or can someone give me a hint where i can download it?

i found it, i found it !!!! but it's only for tungsten... is there another way??????? sony support has no idea (i guess....)

So is the conclusion that a Clie can not dial, but a Palm, Tungsten and each PPC can???

well, i guess sony has NO SMS library (at least if sony-one ;-) can patch it)

by the way: only tungsten has a sms library for os5!

Now that there is an SMS library for the NZ, is it possible to use phone dialing and SMS software that previously did not work in the NX ?
