Just search the Web for the maps of Thailand you want, save the images, and view via AcidImage or SplashPhoto.

That's what I had to do, unfortunately.  but I used FireConverter/Viewer.. are AcidImage or SPlashPhoto better?  It sucks that I cant search the map now that I have it on my Clie, but it's better than nothing, and is pretty fast.

No, FireViewer works well, too. Actually, I've found that the quality is sometimes better with that app when I've made direct comparisons. But AI or SP are nice since you don't have to do any conversion.

What do you mean "cant search the map"? You mean, using the regular search function? Do you have that many maps? If you stick the maps in the std FireViewer directory, don't they should show as soon as you launch it?

No, what I mean is like search the map for say main st, and the viewer finds it.. like a map software.  I've made it my mission to find map software for my city, and unfortunately, the only one with Winnipeg is M$ pocketstreets :(  I even went so far as to have the Mapopolis people help me (which, btw really surprised me at their great customer service, considering I wasnt a cust)  Oh well, I'll be moving soon enough to a more "important" city lol
