Movie resolution

Any software out there yet for the NX to increase the movie recording resolution? I found the one for the NR and tried to install it but it wouldn't run. Is an NX one out yet?

Anyway does anyone have an idea why a camera capable of 640x480 is software limited to 160x120 video?

I'm not aware of any software to increase the resolution, but to answer your second question, it would have to do with the MPEG4 encoder. It takes a lot of processing power to encode and decode MPEG4 video, so it is limited to 160x120 encoding and 320x240 decoding.

Its probably because a five min 640x480 vid would fill a 128mb MS.
