I'm sure it'll work as a tax deduction. I tax deduct all the software that I buy, since it makes me more productive, even the games!

I wonder how many of the 124 downloads will actually buy it or they just wanted to see what an almost $1000 palm program looked like. I would get it but it doesn't supoort hi-res+....
