I know this isn't technically a CF Card, but is it compatible just like other CF Cards?

It's read only, mainly due to it's high power requirements. It can use as much as 10X the power of a CF memory card for write operations. Since I believe the Clie is not capable of delivering high power, it can trash the contents of your Microdrive!
