NX70 from Overstock.com a good buy?

I am thinking about buying an NX70, now that prices are starting to go down, with the release of the newer models. Overstock.com has "Factory reconditioned" ones listed for $313.99. Is this good company to buy from, what is "reconditioned" really like? Any other comments?

I bought mine off overstock. No problems what so ever. Mine didn't even have a reconditioned serial number. When I registered it Sony gave me a full year warranty instead of the usual 90 day.
