I have an NX70v, with the Eruware CF Driver, and a 1GB Sandisk Compact Flash card....I have put quite afew MP3's on the card, but want to know how I can arrange them by Artist, Album, name, etc......when I put them on the card, and open them in Audio Player, they are in no particular order that I can discern. When I place them in subdirectories on the card with my card writer, they don't read in Audio Player. Can someone offer some advice?
Thanks,
Bob.

The Audio Player only reads the Palm-Programs-MSAudio folder ONLY!!! No other folders. It doesn't matter which card it's on, the same folder has to be used.
Below is a program you can try that was written by a ClieSource member. I have not used it myself yet.

This has to be the biggest weakness of the Audio software on the Clie. My NX80 has some of the best sound quality I've heard on a portable device and still there is no way to set up MULTIPLE playlists. Sony gives us the ability to store up to 1GB of mp3s using their Memory Sticks and they expect us to play them all continuously?!

This is the way I do it. When You Start Audio Player. Click on the botton next the the "MP3." This will give you a list of all your mp3 files... all Checked. You can drag and drop mp3 files in the order you want them to be played. If you want to create a play list. All you have to do is to check the files you want in the list then click ok. Now when you start Audio player if you want to play the songs from playlist just chose "Program play" by cliking on the botton right on top of "No. Title." This method work great for me... I hope I wa able to help.

well, this is default method, but if you have, say, 10 albums on your CF it is already not so good... Wishing to listen some album, you need to scroll, search where it begins, etc. Besides, with a lot of songs inside, the list begins to load very slow... And here is where this wonderful app comes to rescue :) Besides, it is very handy to have each album in its separate folder on card, not in one general heap :)

I tried this program and found a couple of bugs. It did recognize the m3u playlist that I created inside of the album folder but would not actually use them (I thought I followed the examples in the dumentation) and when trying to edit a playlist from within Audioplayer I received internal errors. After deleting the current.txt file that is put in the active folder by the app I was able to edit playlists again.
