protetion plan after purchase?

hi all,
i bought my nx70 from dell when the first were introduced, i forget how long ago that was feb, march? anyway, i never really got around to using it till recently, now i don't go anywhere with out it. i hae become conserned about damaging it, and read on the forum about alot of people having the protection plans from best buy, comp usa, etc.

can i buy one of these plans at this point? and if so any recomindations? i did a search and couldn't really find a clear answer.

Last time I Knew Staples was doing it......I Bought a NC60...over a Compusa but I didn't like their protection plans..so I went to staples and Bought one...as long they are selling the same item..they sell you the protection plan even if you did not purchased there....good luck....Staples in Saugus,MA

CompUSA will also cover a unit you bought somewhere else. I do believe that they have to currently be selling it though.
