How do I record my own alarm sound ?

Can I use Voice Recorder to make my own alarm sound ?

What do I do or where should I move it to have it included in the alarm sound drop down box ?

Hi

Record in the normal manner, drop down the data colum, pick the convert to alarm. save the one you are using from the list. I think though, you can only use the custom alarm "sound" with the World Clock included with the NX. It does not seem to work with, say Mega Clock.
