syncing personal address from outlook

I noticed that the business address from outlook will always sync, but never the personal address; even if the business address is non-existent. Is there anyway to have both addresses synched?

Or to at least choose which one you want in.... As I'm typing this I realize I'm using the default address book and someone is probably going to recommend another piece of software (which is great!)...

try keycontacts and intellisynclite but word of warning no other program will regognize multiple contact folders ever during phone look-ups.

I'll have to check out keycontacts... Currently I use intellinsynclite and your post made me poke around and I found under the advanced tab if i click on Field Mapping I can choose to import those fields in... Although now I have to find a contact manager which has a lot more than 3 custom fields.... I want more like 30 =)

ps - too bad intellisync doesn't recognize the renamed custom fields on the palm (ie. i have custom 1 on the palm now as Birthday, and I'd like to just match up Birthday with Birthday in field chooser, rather than Birthday with Custom 1).... I see some confusion happening once I find a address program with a ton of custom fields...
