Call "tickler" and aging program

I am interested in seeing if there is a program that will allow me to take names from my address book, allow me to record the last time I spoke with the person, whether he/she called me or I called the person, and allow me to do a report of how long it has been since I last spoke with each person listed.  Probably not a run-of-the-mill application, but I was wondering today "When did I last talk to..." and I thought this would be a good use of my Clie.

Thanks for the idea...it seems like a little more than I need. I already have (and love) DateBK 5, Todo Plus, etc. I guess I could use a program like HanDBase and write my own, but I was hoping something was out there that would solve my need.
