I downloaded the okey program form that place where all the programs for our handhelds are..anyway in the read me first .txt file it said this:
This hack version is for Treo devices.
You need HackMaster or other Hack management
application to use this OKey.
What does a hack version mean?
what is and if I really need it, where can I get Hackmaster or Hack Management application stuff?
THanks,

You read the wrong readme. Notice that the readme you read was for the Treo directory. Install the OKey.prc file and read the threads here that discussed OKey, since the English PDF file is a bit lacking.

hack version means you'll need a hack manager to run it. I assume you have a NX60/70 which is equipped with PalmOS 5 and not many hacks can run in it w/ tealmaster(hack management that supports OS5). You should get the standalone version which can be found here and does support OS5 already.

Okey had various versions. There should be a simple OKey.prc <-- and it ran smoothly.
You should be reading the OKeyE pdf file.
THe one you are referring too has a name of OKeyHack <-- not the file to install.
