i can not hotsync nz90 to pc .i can not install nz90 drivers on my pc,or it didn.t recognize those files. i don't know.

i would first suggest that you completely uninstall all desktop programs. then reinstall from fresh the desktop.

It could be any number of things

Did you install any apps just prior to your problem?

Over-Clocking

Clashes

Keyboard drivers

PC, Clie, and Cable/Cradle hardware issues

Corrupted driver on the PC

You should never use the word emergency unless your life is in danger. Most will ignore such posts, even ones that cry for help. Threads should started with a subject such as unable to HotSync.

Usually something has preceded this. Sometimes a reset on the Clie or a restart on the PC can correct the HotSync issue. You have to try and ascertain where the malfunction is. That may take some work to narrow it down.

Not many will have a magic answer for you, due to the complexity and number of  possible causes.

sounds like an epidemic, usb driver getting lost....

Sometimes just changing the craddle to another usb helps.
