anyone know of a medical dictionary w/ pronunciation guide and/or a drug guide w/ complete mech. of action?

You can get Tabers, Dorlands and Stedman's all for PDA now. Tabers has pronuciation in its paper version - presumably also in the PDA version too.

Most drugs guides don't have complete mechanisms of action down to the biochemistry involved as they are more used for look-ups to check dosage, contra-indications, etc.
