Connect NZ to Internet through GSM phone

I have a Motorola T722i cell phone. I also have an NZ. I would like to be able to connect my phone to the NZ and use the combination to browse the internet and to receive mail.

Is there some way to do this? Do I need some cable that will connect the phone to the PDA?

since there is no ir port on that phone, and no bluetooth, you need a cable:
