Are there any applications available which would allow me to use my Clie (TG50) as a tablet/digitizer for my desktop PC? I would like to use my Clie instead of the mouse as the input device when using the IME Pad in Windows.

Thanks.

You could try a remote control program like PalmVNC but I don't think it would be fast enough for what you want to do.

there was an app that allowed you to use the pda as a mouse (it was on palmgear), but i haven't seen it updated in a while). i can't remember the name of the app, you could search for it on palmgear. since it hasn't been updated in awhile, it may not run on os5.

The PPC platform has many more options for this, unfortunately. Everything from controlling media playback to web surfing and home automation. All ran on your PC but controlled via a PPC device.

It would be cool to see such innovation come to the Palm OS.

I', not sure, but I think that there is a project, run by an university, that does just what you want.

I believe the name is 'pebbles'. Maybe this will help you?
