I have a TG50 and a bluetooth dongle that I use with my Mac Powerbook G4 usually to sync my to desktop info.
I was wondering if it's possible to surf the web on the TG50? Do you have to load other software for this?

Thanks

Its difficult and unstable. Better off getting a bluetooth access point. DON'T get the tecom one, i have it and am getting no support from them :(

s_n_m: if you get a (reliable) BT access point, where can you go with it ??

Here's what's driving my question. Yes, I can put an access point on my
iMac, but why ?? (I've already got a browser on the iMac.) I really want to
be able to take my TG-50 to a coffee shop or anywhere else that has
wireless access capability and plug in and browse and/or get e-mail. Do
I need an access point to do this ?? And does this mean I've got config
issues every time I end up in a new coffee shop ??

By the by - have you tried the Belkin F8T030 ??

Thanks in advance for the education !! ;^)

Umm for going on "hotspots" in cofee shops you need wifi. Bluetooth is more for on the road (actually moving) or at home.
