Synching Question

When I synch with outlook on my notebook, it erases all the appointments that are in the past on my Clie. Is there any way to specify how long dates stay on the PDA before they are erased? Sometimes in the field, I need to look back to see when an appt was and if I've synched, it's gone. I can get it from Outlook but I'd like to keep a couple of months of back appts. on the PDA.

Inside the calendar under the "record" menu select "purge". Here you can select to delete events older then X time. You also have the option of archiveing a copy of them to the pc.
