NEW WAY TO CONNECT TO A CELL PHONE by USB !!! PLEASE SEE THIS.

Guys, first of all I own the Nx70 and the Sanyo 5300 phone.

I was wondering If I can connect them by USB cables. Physically I can, using an adapter (both female USB ends, I have it).

So I was thinking about pluggin the USB from the NX70 to the adapter, and the phone also in the adapter (my phone has an USB cable)......

So both would be connected.

But my question is WOULD IT WORK ??

Could I go online and ETC ... ???

I don't have the phone cable, I still have to buy it, but I don't want to throw 29 bucks away if it DOESN't work..

So what do u guys think ????

Hi Erick,

Here's the problem, USB needs a master and a slave. Typically the PC is the master and a Clie or cellular phone would be the slaves. If one device can be configured to be a master, plus the appropriate drivers then yes. So far I haven't seen such, although I did hear something was in the wind as a future possibility.

They should have firewire on the clies no master-slave issue then, you would still need the drivers though.
