Brand doesn't matter. My charger even doesn't have a brand :)

On the subject of car adapter thingy's I just bought a belkin usb sync charger with a car adapter for a Jornada as it was in a bargin bucket for 1 ukp instead of 20ukp. The thought being I could use the car adapter with my brando cable and chuck the jornada cable away.
When I got home I thought about it some more and decided that the power output from the car adapter may not be the same as a normal usb port and may be optomised for the jornada (I surpose anywhere between 3 and 12 V).
Anyone know the best way to find out the power output and hence if it is safe to use with my clie, or if anyone has a belkin sync charge cable what is the number on the resiter plug (it looks like a standard part with a plugin resiter, probably to provide different voltages to different machines). Or anyone know the power input of a jornada?
