Man, that really sucks for people who wanted one and don't have friends overseas. Sorry, guys. :(

No, the product is not really unavailable. You can still try eXpansys UK. They are just selling them now at GBP 350. A bargain I think.

But I did try expansys UK. I specifically e-mailed the UK store and asked specifically for the European version to be shipped from the UK to the US.

That's strange... I am in Hong Kong and just cancelled my pending order today, coz eXpansys released the product too late (only 2~3 days ago) but I have already got one from Micro Anvika for more than two weeks.

eXpansys is selling this at GBP350 (exc. VAT), while the one I got is from Micro Anvica, which charged a bit higher. Dunno how you deal with customs and delivery in the States. Simply email them. They replied almost all my emails (I sent around a dozen asking about the shipping details and VAT) within 2 hours.

The confusing part is the descriptions on their website.
From their UK page (http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=105719) on the NX73V:
New PDA from Sony sporting an integrated digital camera, color screen, Bluetooth, a CF slot and a Memory Stick slot.

From their US page (http://www.expansys.us/product.asp?code=105719) on the NX73V:
New PDA from Sony sporting an integrated digital camera, color screen, Bluetooth, a CF slot and a Memory Stick slot.

Now it's possible they just accidentally cut-and-pasted the description from the European version onto the US page accidentally without knowing they were different, or perhaps they really are selling the European version to the US and the sales rep I corresponded with didn't know. Or maybe they really aren't selling ANY UK versions from ANY of their sites and they just f*cked up the descriptions.
