plain text editor/viewer for VFS

Does anyone know of a simple text editor & viewer for reading and writing plain text files from/to MS or CF (vfs I mean) ?

I need just a simple application for this purpose. (Like memopad but for VFS files)

You could use a combination of CF2DOC and any DOC editor like QED for a very small memory footprint.
