Hello all,

Anyone know if you can view the NX70V on its side? Its such a nice screen not to be able to surf the net (for example) in landscape mode...

I've seen an app that will allow a Pocket PC to do this but nothing for the Palm OS.

Anyone know if theres anything available?

maybe we could open 1 thread to people adding their posts, thus it will give no mess to other "serious" discussion thread.

you know i started this post to get some responses to a question i asked.

not for people to post their crap to boost their posts.

im sorry but if you want to boost your posts then create a 'boost your posts' thread in the off topic section.

sorry guys, another thread gone down the tube

back to the original question

u mean like landscape mode right?
no there isnt any program that can do this at the moment
maybe the ux series concept will spur the development of one

Will be (the NX users) be able to use netfront from the UX, which will hopefully run in landscape mode? Or is the landscape<->portrait switch made under the aplication level, somewhere in the OS?

what about clie movie player?
new insaniquarium??
i mean, if these apps can do that, can the developer for other apps do the same thing? to give us a selectable screen orientation.
i'm no developer so don't flame.

I suggest going to the off topic then make your own little thread which will never show up on the main front page, then rank your numbers of posts there. LOL :D

individual apps can always be programmed to allow horizontal display
but if u mean the whole palm os, that's a different story

there was a part mentioning about Landscape mode from the new UX-Series

I really do wish there was some horizontal viewing capibility - that would make me buy the NX80 lol
