I have a QuickLink Pen from WizCom (http://www.wizcomtech.com) and it works just fine. When beaming notes from it to my old Visor, it receives and recognizes them just fine. If it is called "Test", then the Visor will read "Recieving "Test.txt"." or something like that., then after the beam is complete, it accepts it and I can read it as a memo.
My Sony, a 665, displays the same message, but when teh beam is complete, it says it is an unrecognized format, and it isn't saved anywhere. I can beam from the Sony to the pen, just not from the pen to the Sony. ANy ideas as to why it's not working. I understand not working because of the .txt thing, but it works just fine with teh Handspring, and it is supposed to work with any PalmOS device. (I called WizCom's tech support and the guy was worthless.)
Any thoughts or answers you might have are more than welcome. Is anyone out there using hte QuickLink Pen with their Clies?
James
