What to Buy?Keep NX70??

Hi

I just purchased my NX-70 yesterday after months of research because the price came down to £GBP 299 - about $US460 - with a 2yr guarantee.

The thing is, with so many other PDAs coming I'm wondering if I made the right choice!

The UX50/40 look quite good - Bluetooth would be handy, and the keyboard looks more usable, but no CF slot :(

The Tapware Helix sounds good - and prices are rumoured to be low, but that's rumours for you! The gaming potential sounds top!

The T|T3, if true, looks quite good - the higher RAM is what really sells it to me!

The thing is, I don't know UK launch dates/prices! I know technology keeps on changing, but even so, i think i may be willing to wait 2 months or so if I'm going to do a lot better for my money. The Helix just sounds great, but I like my NX70 - only had it a day :)

ARGH! So much to think about! :)

You will go mad if u keep on thinking that way ...
It took me 10 months to decided which PDA to buy, every time I make up my mind Sony launches a new clie , I went maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad...

Then I told myself if I kept on thinking like this I will NEVER buy a clie that way, coz Sony will keep on launching a new one every now and then...

So I made up my mind and bought my NX60 and I intend keeping it for a while although the new UX is out, and the T|T3 is said to be around the corner. I will hang on to it until I make sure that my money was invested wisely.

In a couple of months the UX may be old and there maybe a new model....

By that time I would have used my existing clie and saved up more money to buy the latest in the market :)

So my advice is stick to ur NX70. Make a use of it..
If u have enough money go and buy the latest, If not wait there will be more and better PDAs out ... just be patient

You will love ur NX70 ,,,,

Keep your NX70V. I got mine back in November and knew it would be my PDA for the next 2 years, regardless of what came out. Don't get caught in the upgrade game. Choose a device that fits your needs that you can live with & don't lose any sleep over deciding whether or not you made a poor decision or need to upgrade already.

I agree, buy what you need and use it. You dont "win" if you have the newest Clie - you just keep spending more and more money. Sony will never stop making them so you will never have the latest and greatest......but one and be happy with it.
