The UX50 will ship on or before September 12th and will cost $699. The UX40 will ship on or before September 26th for $599. Both come with a free leather carrying case if preordered via SonyStyle.com.

The only difference between the two that I can see is that the UX40 doesn't have WiFi, though it does have Bluetooth.
