I really like this thing, but the Tungsten T2 looks very nice to.

I just visited Circuit today and had a chance to preview the new Tungsten T2. It has the basic design of the Tungsten T but has a few expanded features. The processor is much faster processor, it has 32 Meg's of ram (25 usable), and runs Palm OS 5.2. This is a great little PDA that will put a challenge to Sony's new PDA announcement tomorrow?

I wonder and am anxious to preview it. It might actually have the keyboard that I could like... heck even love.

My only worry is the prorietary thing. We will see how well it will integrate with the rest of Palm OS 5 software.

Yes... I touched and played with one. I would have bought it, but Circuit City had it listed for $9999.99 to stop me from buying it today. Fry's and Circuit City will be selling them tomorrow. I guess I should have taken a picture. I bet if you check Palm's website tonight after 12 am, it will be there. That is what happened with the Zire 71 and Tungsten T.

No, that is just the price that comes up when the item's bar code is put in. It is an indication that the item is not for sale. Some stores use the release date of the product converted into $$$ such as $717.03 for July 17, 2003. That tells the clerk that this item can't be sold until that date.

Everything when I am deciding between the new Tungsten T2 and the new PEG-UX50. It is ironic that Sony is announcing their PDA on the release date of the Palm Tungsten T2... this tells me that Palm is shaking things up and has a good product.

I think that the T2 looks pretty boring... I have only seen some pictures on websites and still think that Clies are designwise much better. The Palm design is too conservative... Just my opinion..
