Can I get rid of the white frame ? Colorize ?

I find the white frame at the extreme edges of the screen, present during many (all ?) ops, annoying.

A few places where I find this most annoying are when displaying pictures with photostand or acidimage, and surrounding the background image I use with ZLauncher.

Can this be made to "go away" (=set to black) ?

I have fooled around a little bit with colorize, but haven't found which setting controls this.

It doesn't bother me at all, in fact I didn't even notice it until you said something. Fortunately it still doen't bother me though. I don't know if the background can be changed to black or a default different color like on a desktop PC.

In addition I have been using Colorize in an attempt to remove the dotted lines when
you highlight a word...
Any direction to doing this and with what???
