Now i am waiting for my ordered WIfi Card. And i have some strange Idears in
my head. Put some Videos and MP3 on
my Linuxsystem and watch them on the NX. Drink a beer and watch Videos in the
garden over W-Lan. :D

Have anybody hear about a Project to port NFS or Samba for the NX ?

Greetings

The Clie-Linux and Clie-Video video forums should hear about this. If you get this working, you'll be my own personal Jeebus.

I love geeky stuff like this. Wouldn't it be cool if there was an Apache server that ran on the CLIE? You could host a website from the palm of your hand!

As for your ideas... are there any streaming video players available? That way you could host you own in-house webserver and stream digital content to your handheld.

other possible solutions... webserver with a browser that can serve up mpegs. but you're right... samba would be the shiznit cause i have a serious M$ network at home.

Really ? :-) Okay the is no Apache Server
for the Clie ... For the Zaurus you can get it. I need no streaming Server. I think
the speed 11 Mbit/s its fast enough to watch Videos or listen MP's 3

Dont tell me now, buy a Zaurus PDA.
I love my NX. It was only one Idea.
