It's Tungsten C only. Since Sony doesn't provide information to developers on accessing the WiFi card directly, there's little chance of a "Net Sniffer" type app being available soon (unless someone reverse engineers it similar to the way they did with the CF storage and modem cards).

Oh, BTW: the NetChaser app is really cool. We take walks around the neighborhood where I work and carry a T|C loaded with NetChaser. Fun trying to figure out, based on the SID name given, just which house or business has a WAP installed (and indicates if it is protected or open, and allows you to directly connect to open ones). I would LOVE to have this app work on my NX....Sony Strikes again.

Hi Nicolas,
Today in a Best Buy sale flyer, I see the Kensington unit for sale for $24.99 USD, marked down from $29.99 USD. So it is available on the market here.

Hey... Sony's new device has an integrated sniffer. Maybe somebody can get us a copy of the application from the unit's ROM.

Problem is, that its written for the built-in wifi, not an additional card.

And it might be using OS5.2 APIs.

Yes, I believe there is additional stuff for wireless in POS 5.2

I'm sure POS has no harm intended in its usage. :D
