Nokia 5100 / IrDA / Clie T675c / GPRS Internet?

How do I connect to the internet with my phone and clie over GPRS? Via IrDA not Bluetooth. I have managed to do it by just making the phone dial up to my ISPs number and then the clie enters the username and password. This works fine but is not very cost efficient because it uses my free minuets up. I want to use GPRS. My phone connects to GPRS WAP fine by itself so the connection works ok however I cant get the clie to work with the phone on GPRS. I have tried a few methods that I have found by searching and the closest I have got is the phone says it is creating a new GPRS connection and tries to connect then it just says that it cant connect or something and gives up. My phone server is O2. thanks in advance.

I'm not sure about O2 but with my service provider, they have different APNs for WAP and wireless internet. You may wish to check with them and see if that is the case and if you need them to activate the service with your phone.
