Hey gang!

Any way to use Eudora on my SJ30, and Outlook Express to get my hotmail account?

I have OE downloading both my local account and my hotmail account. However, it gets them and puts them in two seperate Inboxes on OE.

Thanks,

Brian

I know there's a eudora suite for palm but I've never used its email features. I use cliemail for that. And just use eudora web to check my hotmail.

I'm a fan of Eudora Mail on my SJ30.

Don't understand what you're trying to do though. please can you be a little more specific and I'll help if I can?

Best,

Adrian

Well I have two questions:

1) Writing so much e-mail and then synching with my desktop, is it worth it to get a keyboard?

2) In Outlook Express I have my regular account and I also set up my hotmail account. When I check e-mail it checks both accounts (on my desktop that is). I have two sets of Inboxes/ect. Now when I synch I only have it getting my regular account, not my hotmail. So can I set up Eudora to get my hotmail?

Thanks,

Brian

1) Personally I find keyboard invaluable for email when I'm in hotels etc. Even for the few longer ones I have to send it's a boon and pretty cheap.

2) Sorry but I don't know whether you can configure Eudora to pick up hotmail (I don't use the service), but I suspect retrieving web-based mail is not possible unless hotmail has given you server info to let you pick up via normal POP3 account. Need someone more knowledgeable to join the thread please!

Forwarding your hotmail to a pop3 account could do the trick, but it will be annoying if you check your hotmail through the web reguarly.
