After sync - "Cleaning up" takes more than 30 secs - Normal?

Does anyone know what exactly does the device actually do when it say it's cleaning up?

The cleaning up process on my clie takes more than 30 secs...which is a huge difference when compare with the original "less than 2 secs" when I first got it.

How long does your clie takes to clean up? and is there any way to spead up the whole process?

If you have one of the old versions of WorldMate, I know the feeling completely. That app used to take a couple of minutes to clean up, but in the newest version, they've fixed the issue.
