I just talked to this crack at bestbuy who said that the NX70v cost 499.99 when i went in a week ago and it was 374.99. And i made sure he wasn't referring to the NX73

Are you sure it was not an open box unit that was sold in the mean time? I know that sometimes they will put an open box tag on the display, just to let you know that they do have an open box item you can buy cheaper.

I got mine for that much and yeah it was an open item (only thing that was touched though was the clie everything else was great).
