View Full Version : Different views with different hard buttons in Agendus
If I assign Agendus to two hard buttons, is there anyway to have Agendus come up with a specific view? i.e. Week view for date book button, and Todo view for Todo button.

As of version 5.35 do the following:
Tap Menu>Options>Preferences>buttons
Select the Datebook figure and check Assign to Agendus.
Next select Press Action: Go To View.
Next select Week and then List or Grid1/Grid2, etc.
No hardware button configuration for the To Do view for v 5.35.
I've demoed version 6, but it was too buggy for me and I will wait until it is fairly stable. They have added a lot of stuff regarding the To Do views in this version and I'm not too sure they included this for the hardware buttons. Someone here can probably confirm this.

Great. Glad to help.
Just curious. Do you have version 6.00/6.01? If so, does it allow for the To Do view on a hardware button?

I have 6.01 and the problem that I have is that when I set it up to map a button to a single view, either todo or contact view, and am outside of Agendus and press that button it takes me to the last view I used and then I have to press the button again to get to the assigned view. I know it is a minor issue, but it annoys me enough to not use the feature.

I have 6.01, with date book button mapped to agenda view and todo mapped to todo view. They always come up that way with one press.

Hmmm... I wonder what I am missing/not doing properly.... I set it up the way they recommend it in their manual... as savy as I am at computers, things like this always seem to be sitting right in front of my face...
I followed byte2be's directions, and it worked perfectly for me.
