Fastcpu 2.8

Hi guys,
i'm new here just got a 2nd hand N760C, saw u all talking abt FASTCPU which can be use to improve the performance DB processor. Was wondering if any kind soul here can tell me where i can get a copy of FASTCPU 2.8 rather than the V3.0
