Name of icon file being used is now displayed in title of Icon Selection dialog.

FINALLY fixes all problems related to duplicate alarms coming from the built-in Datebook and Datebook+ applications(!). It is no longer necessary to use dbAlarm or run DateBk5 after a hotsync if you have an OS 3.5 or later device.
Fixes "AddToHandle(): Start Time was GREATER?!" error message in Free Time Search when a very specific configuration of events occurs on a day.
Fixes problem of duplicating a ToDo after a hotsync when a ToDo that has a repeat and an alarm is crossed off in the ToDo details dialog (not likely to happen except when tapping EDIT button in alarm dialog which goes directly to ToDo details dialog).
Fixes problem of using Snooze All button and then seeing an invalid date when DateBk5 draws the second and subsequent alarm dialogs for the snoozed alarms (Snooze All button now also draws all the alarms in rapid succession to provide visual feedback of what it is doing).
Fixes problem of losing link in a ToDo when Restore button is pressed (Pi preview fixed it in integrated mode, but not split-screen mode).
Null icon in Small/Tiny mode on color devices now properly displays in red instead of black.
Now properly displays ToDo checkbox in correct location in List view on a hi-rez Clie device when small/tiny view is selected WITH Non-Roman Language option set.
If end times are hidden and time bars are hidden, DateBk5 will now display the timebars if there is a conflict on the current day (but only if there is a conflict).
Fixes problem of link button not working if ToDo's are displayed in full-screen mode and the preference to always open the Addressbook is not checked.
Fixes new problem of title line bleeding through on menu if you tap the menu button (but not the window title) within 2 seconds of launching DateBk5 and have the Initial Time option selected.
Fixes problem in second weekly view if you have more than 200 events/ToDo's on a day, of not displaying any more non-repeat events on days after that day.
Fixes problem of not properly erasing the NEW button in the second weekly view when deleting the only item displayed on a day.

5.1a won't be out for at least a few days. Currently it is on Release Candidate #2.
