Finding a good case/pouch in retail stores in Toronto seems to be almost impossible (for T615). However, I've found one that I like (I think), but it holds the PDA (not specifically for Clie) using Velcro.
Has anyone had any experience with cases/pouches as such? If so, are they any good as to holding the device securely?

If I am right, you need to put a velcro at the back of your Clie as well. You would lose your flexibility such as when you decided to put the clie without the pouch in your pocket, the velcro looks ugly on your slick Clie. As for holding the device, it would secure as I had one of those pouch for my M505.

I got one for free when I bought my NX70. It's not bad but I can't bring myself to stick velcro to my Clie.
I am happy with my Sena case though!

Well, I don't plan on sticking the Velcro onto the device directly.
What I plan to do is, since the T615 came with that flappy thing, I'll stick the velcro onto the inside of the flap (flip, whatever).
So, I can still carry the device with the flip and without the velcro being seen so obviously at the back. It'll just be a black padding on the inside of the flip, it's also a good bit of padding for the screen as well (so that when I flip it down, it won't hit the row of buttons so hard).
Therefore I just need to know how secure the Velcro attachment is.

I have a case that uses velcro. I did stick the velcro on the back of my clie, but it is a small piece, and I really don't mind too bad. I think when I upgrade my case, the velcro will come off pretty easy. It is surprisingly secure though, it has never fallen out or even come close. Plus the case zips all the way around for extra security in my purse. I do have to remove it from the case to hotsync but with velcro that is not too difficult.
