Screen Protector

I don't want to start a debate on what screen protector is better then the other... I know it all stand down do personal taste.

What I was wondering is: to all the new owners of the NX73/80, do you use a screen protector on your device? :confused:

Since I'm hearing that you have to press harder on the screen for a respond... I wouldn't want to scratch that beautiful lcd:p

When I bought my NX80, I simply took my Brando screen protector off of my NX70 and put it on my NX80. It works great - only thing is the NX80 screen is slightly bigger, so part of the NX80 screen isn't covered by the screen protector (a very very small part at the bottom).

I'm ordering my NX80 soon... but I was wondering if I should order the screen protector first? I wouldn't want to hurt my new baby:D

Jeremy, how brando screen protector by the way? does it has that milky texture?

This is the third time I'm saying this, but I'll say it again. The morning after I got my NX80, I wrote on the screen with the wrong tip of my pen/pencil/stylus. Luckily I had put on a Brando as soon as I bought it and no damage was done. Use protection!:D

Yeah it has that texture but once it's on the screen, it looks great! I won't lie and say I don't notice a difference in display, but the truth is, the NX80 has a very bright screen, and it looks great regardless!

I concur, practice safe tapping!! Use protection!

If you're in a rush and forget to use screen protector. Go to your local pharmacy and buy a female condom and just slip over the whole clie to get 100% protection.

I'm not sure if the screen size is exactly the same, but I use the Fellowes brand screen protectors on my NR70V. It has saved my screen from me a couple of times...the most notable when I stuck my PDA in my pants pocket with the screen flipped open in tablet mode. One of my keys caught the screen and ripped the screen protector open. The screen was undamaged, but would have been gouged otherwise.
