Ok, so i've read many threads about using the eruware driver and the new driver. Music files work fine using eihter one (if u patch it), and movies work fine using the patched driver. But playing movies off the Eruware driver seems a little odd. Someone mentioned a program that can turn your movies into mpeg1 format. I tried doing what they said, and nothing happened, the video didn't work. There must be an easy way around this, or a sure fire way, somehow. I have a viking 512mb card...Any help?

Movie Player works with the EruWare driver. I have done it with 1.2 with the 'Dual MS' option. I did notice some problem with the EruWare driver when trying to seek. Also some movies just uniformly does not want to play with the EruWare driver.

I've now switched to the 3-bit hacked Sony NX73 driver. Works great for movie and MP3 so far. My biggest reason for switch is 1.2's corruption problem. To date, I've experienced one minor corruption with 1.2 while playing MP3 in the background. I haven't heard of any problem with the Sony NX73 driver so I'm sticking with it for the while.

With the addition of the dual MS function, and using the original ClieVeiwer that is in NX70 ROM, movies are working very well from the CF. The Eruware driver gives you more control over the MS and CF cards and how they play together and lets you dismount the CF without having to physically remove it from your unit if that make any difference to you.

I prefer Sony driver, because things are just simplier with it... no need to change configurations and no more resets... and HQ videos play fine off my 1GB CF card. Eruware driver is great, but Sony Driver is more stable. Just my 2 cents.
