NX70VG different from NR70VG?

Excuse my ignorance but what are some differences between NX70VG and NR70VG? I thought they were the same Clie model. Please help.

NR has OS4, half resolution camera, no voice recorder, no flash player, dragonball processor. NX has OS5, 200mhz ARM processor.

There is a big difference between the two as far as the operating system goes, but they do look alike.
