Has anyone tried using a compact flash adapter for a memory stick in the wireless lan slot?

i definitely tried. i have a 1gb microdrive (used on my jornada 430) that i was all too eager to use on my nx. i also tried my socket (hardwire) ethernet card.

inserting either gives you the same (or similar beep) as inserting a memstick. both show up in the card info app as CF+ Card with no information (especially not size).

can't wait for that developer to finish that driver. i didn't contribute to the first contest because i didn't buy my clie (or even know about the contest) until after it was over. but if they bring it back, i'd say the driver is worth at least a $50-$100 donation.
