Tools & Control Panel

I have both the Tools and Control Panel minimized. However, if I start to drag an icon down, the panel will pop up.

Is there a way to prevent this/to keep those Panels always minimized)?

By the way, the Application Icons seem smaller, do most people adjust these settings?

I assume these questions are for ZLauncher. If not, then ignore this post completely.

To disable the pop-up, go to Options -> Display Setup and uncheck Auto PopUp Panel.

can you also change the (for zlauncher) the icons in the tools and control panel?

You can change the top/bottom bar gadgets/functions. The LARGE Control and Tools panel icons cannot be changed. They are fixed 'functions'.
