bt DRAMA!!!

I bought a Clie NX70 with a BT Memory stick and a 3COM BT PC card for my computer and have not been able to browse the internet in the clie nor synchronize wirelessly. I already have paired them and tried both connections several times but I always get a time out message. I am using Win XP.
Any ideas, thanks for the helP!!!
